Surgery coming up fast

Wow the time has flown my surgery is coming up this Friday. I'm nervous excited scared anxious and ready to start this new chapter in my life. To start a new beginning. I know I have to do this to be healthy for my husband and my son. Does anyone have any advice to give before Friday. Or any advice for after?
