After reading some of the other threads I don't think I will be able to go through with the surgery. It sounds like there are too many complications involved.

We all have choices to make, and as long as you did your homework and research you should not feel bad, it is a life changing surgery that is not for everyone, I hope you still try to keep yourself healthy and find a meal and exercise plan that works best for you, don't forget you can still use some of the same tools we use as far as protien shakes and low calorie recipice's.
