That's is what i worry about. The way everyone one talks about protein all the time, I'M STILL only able to eat 4 bites at a time. Am I going to get enough? He thinks protein shakes are way to fattening. What to do.....What to do.
Went to the Dr. last week. And he told me, no more protein shakes. Just eat regular food, with the meal being half protein, the rest veg. and fruit. What do you all think about this? Thanks...I need everyone's input.
Hi Renie, I lost about a pound to a pound and a half a day, for the first month. Don't expect that always though, now it's about 4-5 lbs a week. Well, that's my input. LOL Hugs ...Carla
Hi Angie, thanks for sharing your honest story of screwing up. I'm sure it will make a lot people feel better on their screw ups, and get back on track. I think the majority of us have tried something we shouldn't of had. But, you can always learn from it and go on... Thanks again for sharing...
