Congratulations on your approval and surgery date!!! You will do fine.
My husband and I lived in Wisconsin in 2001-just up there for a year. But, we did like it-except for the colder winters.

I wouldn't buy alot of any one type of protein powder or shake as what you make like now-you may not like after the surgery. I am glad I didn't stock up on any one kind as my tastes did change and it is a whole new world of tastebuds out there now.
Your Team will give you info on what you can...
Carla, You do live in the middle of nowhere. I have been down to the Pensacola area-which seems to be the largest city closest to you and it is still a distance-I know they have support groups there. Where did you have your surgery at?
I have a whole Team that I report to and we were given...
I think we are all nervous right before surgery-it is normal. You will do fine. Follow your Team's instructions before and after.
Congratulations on your upcoming surgery!

I would check with your Team on that. Eat slowly and stop before you feel uncomfortable. No drinking with it 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after- I, however end up waiting at least 45 minutes after.

Unjury has some good unflavored that you can mix with your favorite drinks-just have to be careful with hot drinks as it has to be below 140 degrees or it clumps-I know I have done a clump one before. Yuck. that was a definite throw a way!
I just mixed it with Low sodium V8 juice and it mixed...
I am now on the next stage diet-I have made it through yogurt and cream soups and cottage cheese with no problem-I can have a little of refried beans with melted mozerella cheese on top. It is about going bit by bit to make sure my pouch doesn't get grouchy. :)
