    7 more lbs and i'll be under 200 lbs havent been under 200 since i been about 12 y/o and i am now 47 , so this is veryyyyy big for me . i was a few lbs shy of 300 most of my life . i have an appt on 3/13 with my weight loss center , i hope i losw that 7 lbs , wish me luck . much love Renie

    Joy Thank you your post did help i have a home scale but choose not to use it b/c i dont want to get discouraged . i see my pcp every month right now b/c im diabetic and coming off insulin and i go to the center every 2 months . thank you again much love renie

    Ihad wounded my to yesterday , so i have medicated and wrapped the only exercise i can do for a few days is my exercise bike untill it heals . i dont want it getting infected , being im diabetic im keeping a close watch on it if it gets worse ill go to the ER . wish me luck . much love renie
