Hello,
I will be one year out as of 01/31 and have fallen off track for the past month or so. I am having a hard time getting back on track. Have not gained any weight back but I have not lost any either. I am really, really angry with myself for falling off, not sure how to get back on...
I had the sleeve and thankfully problem free (knock on wood). You need to choose what is right for you and what your Dr says.
I have not thrown up and went back to work after 3 1/2 weeks. I am very pleased with the sleeve, I am going on 5 1/2 months, best thing I could have done for myself...
Hi Raevenn and Tom,
You both have described my biggest fear with this WLS, I have much more to loose so I am not at your point yet. I understand the self image issue, even though I am not as far as you I am down 88 pounds, I see no change in my apperance and find myself getting depressed...
Hi,
I had the sleeve and am very happy with it. I had my surgery Jan 31, and am down 88 pounds. You can undo any of the procedures, it is all up to you. Thankfully I have had no side effects from the surgery and I am at about 4 1/2 months.
Hi Regeania,
I had my surgery a day before you and I am down 87 pounds since surgery, you are doing amazing. I can hardly wait to reach 100 (from surgery), I am down 105 total as my Dr. required me to lose some weight before surgery. What an awesome accomplishment. Feels great to be going...

Don't get discouraged time is what heals everything, you will feel better and the reward of losing the weight makes it all worth it. Have you seen your surgeon yet?
Are you in New York State or City?
Hello to All,
I had my surgery January 31st and have only lost 66 pounds, I also feel it is coming off slow. I noticed that a week can go by and the scale only drops by a pound. I find it very frustrating and then I feel as though I am doing something wrong. I see my surgeon for my 3 month...
Hi Shawana,
I eat yogurt (100 cals.), low fat or reduced cheese sticks, eggs, applesauce, tuna, turkey breast, veggies and the list goes on. I do mostly protein foods, after the protein I am usually to full to eat more.
