    Weight plateau

    A stall in weight is perfectly normal and annoying. Just make sure you are getting enough protein and excersise and the scale will start to move again. Good luck

    jduffy Call them I called everyone and scheduled multiple test and visits for the same day to avoid missing work. In the end it showed I was determined to get things moving and sped up the process. Good luck!

    Pre-o[ diet and sugar

    morning coffee was a big issue for me. I started the gradual journey to decaf. To make the coffee somewhat good I use the Torani syrups and non-fat dry milk. I don't like my coffee cooled at all. However, if you can drink it slightly cooled try putting vanilla protein powder in it. Good luck

    Stomach cramping

    I still have problems at times. I had to give up all dairy. Also make sure to have half protein half vegetables. If it continues call to find out some options. Don't wait just don't ;)
