A stall in weight is perfectly normal and annoying. Just make sure you are getting enough protein and excersise and the scale will start to move again.

I called everyone and scheduled multiple test and visits for the same day to avoid missing work. In the end it showed I was determined to get things moving and sped up the process. Good luck!

morning coffee was a big issue for me. I started the gradual journey to decaf. To make the coffee somewhat good I use the Torani syrups and non-fat dry milk. I don't like my coffee cooled at all. However, if you can drink it slightly cooled try putting vanilla protein powder in it.

I still have problems at times. I had to give up all dairy. Also make sure to have half protein half vegetables. If it continues call to find out some options. Don't wait just don't ;)
