glad you have found a solution. I have yet to make it to a live support group. Everything I do is online or meeting with friends that have had surgery.

if you go on you tube you can find full length walking videos. I did those just after surgery when it was to hot to get outside. I now have a spinning bike that was well worth the money. However, until you find what you are looking for try the videos on YouTube.

I promise that the liquid diet is worth the effort. The leaner the liver the safer the surgery. Also, after surgery you may have to set an alarm to remind you to eat. Everything changes and food no longer consumes your thoughts. It is great! Just what ever you do once the carb addiction is over...
