Hi Dchez, we have the same surgery date. I have lost 37 lbs too. Everyone's body is different and their weight loss too. You didn't say how many calories your eating my surgeon told me to eat between 600-800 a day while in weight loss phase every once in a while I eat a little more than that...
I'm so glad you got your surgery date. This is and exciting time for most people. The pre opt diet is hard to get thru you get so hungry but we all did it and you can too. Just keep thinking about your end goal to get the weight off and be healthier. My best wishes to you.
Welcome, I know how you feel I was the same way. I'm sure you will do fine. My surgery was not bad at all the nausea and intagestion afterwords is what got me. But, now I'm doing fine and so happy I it. I got my 2nd fill yesterday. Well u let us know how your doing.
Sorry to here of your trouble. Hope the results are minor. Try to stay positive stress can be hard to deal with.
Tillie, wishing you well on your test results I will pray u don't have ulcers.
I agree with Cheyenne, I think your over doing the exc. instead of water in your shakes use milk once in a while it will give you more calories and protein.
I had headaches (not migraines) every day a few weeks after surgery it is finally getting better. I'm glad to hear your getting to see the cardo doc so soon. I hope every thing works for the best for u. Let us know what happens.
I'm so glad everything worked out so well for you. Like others have said get all the rest you can and tell those kiddo to wait on you hand and foot while your recovering. We mothers waited on our kids when the were little now it's your turn.
Hi Bear, I think the full/hungry feeling is normal for sleeve people. From what I've read it will get better with time. I'm glad to hear your getting every thing in some have trouble with that. Just hang in there things will get better. I had trouble with nausea at first and a little later...
Welcome to you both. I have a lap band so all I really know about the other two are from what I have read from other people. The sleeve removes. 85% of your stomach it has only been around about ten years. I don't think there is much studies done on it yet. The bypass has been around thirty...
