is there anything that says I should not have caffeine now? I miss my coffee so much and I normally drink it black. I'm gonna ask my dr next week but was just wondering what u guys thought ?
My dietician said coffee or tea is fine as long as it’s not more than 8oz a day. I don’t know how much coffee you drank, but I don’t see a major problem. I’m cutting coffee, switching to herbal tea, only because I can’t drink black coffee. I can go without sugar, but I have to add milk. Not that there’s anything wrong with coffee with milk either, but my tea has been doing the trick and is super delicious.is there anything that says I should not have caffeine now? I was wondering about tea--seems not many people talk about it on this site. I've seen so many teas that look really good, like mango and hibiscus kinds of teas. I figured I'd be okay with it, but it will never take the place of coffee. I've read that people add flavored protein drinks in their coffee vice dairy. (forgive me if I read that here and am repeating someone else. I'm on a FB page and get hints from there as well.)I would just drink about that in the AM. It helps get me moving lol. Herbal tea sounds amazing though as well!.
I love Bigelows Constant Comment-it has Christmas spice vibes and Celestial Seaonings Bengal Spice - if you steep it too long it’ll taste like red hots LOL But there are a lot of non caffeinated herbal teas out there. Just depends on what you like!I would just drink about that in the AM. It helps get me moving lol. Herbal tea sounds amazing though as well!.
