I only pay $40 for a 3 month supply. I prefer just one pill a day. I can’t do all the different flavors I have reflux and don’t want to take chances but the same company makes both pills. But it’s required to take 4 pills a day! You only need at least 100% of daily value of each supplement.

What other vitamin did she say to take them with. It shouldn’t be taken with iron or the multivitamins. They cancel each other out so your body won’t get what it needs. Have you tried the chews? I agree they are huge pills, but my insurance only pays for pills.

I believe you can’t take them with the multivitamins either. They cancel each other out. Should be at least 2 hours apart. That’s why I just do one pill a day and a vitamin D to avoid confusion and try and get in what my body needs. the ProCare Bariatric multivitamins for me also curves cravings.

The Bariatric multivitamins with iron has everything you need in one pill a day. I just take an additional vitamin D with calcium. It was too much for me to take a bunch of pills every day. They are a bit pricy! I always get a 3 month supply for about $40.
