That totally explains how I felt! Excited and then "OH CRAP" had a total mental down. But i worked through it. It helps to know its a normal reaction, I was so close to changing my mind. I am starting my second week of the liquid diet, how lucky for you its only one week. Good luck to you

I was at a seminar in Jan 2012. Testing started in Feb and my surgery date is April 23, 2012. Failed the sleep study, so that postponed it. But that was a good thing I guess

Linney, when you started out on the clear liquids after surgery, which protein supplement did you use? Unjury, Beneprotein etc? Is there a difference? I am trying to get a little stocked up and I am unsure which way to go.

Hi Donna, for the pre surgery diet , I am having 5-1/2 carnation instant breakfast drinks (blue box no sugar added) in skim milk. sugar free Popsicles and sugar free jello. The jello and popsicles count towards my 64 of water also. The first four days were difficult, but it is getting easier...
