    Good luck!!! I've been having flabby arms for at least 10 years. I'm still relatively young (34), but I'm discouraged also that all my tri-cep exercises seem not to be working.

    Karenina, I lost 20 lbs before surgery in the pre-op diet. I have only lost 13 since surgery, however it could be more by now. I only weigh once a month...so fingers crossed for more weight loss!!!:D
