Oh my goodness...I'm going insane! I can't drink the protein shakes (makes me extremely nauseous), I've had as much yogurt as any person could want, cottage cheese is making me nauseous now, Eggs...not even. I feel like I'm out of stuff I can eat! I'm supposed to be getting 50 grams of protein and I'm lucky if I'm getting 25! Thursday, I can start introducing cooked, soft food and will be able to get more protein in, but I know I need something now. Anyone have any suggestions?
