30 Day BACK TO BASICS Challenge

I get it. I wasn't tracking calories necessarily, they just come up when I track the rest. And for October, I'm only acknowledging that I'm tracking more days than not, without worrying about the actual numbers. So feel free to join in. That is great Missy and thanks for starting this challenge. I like that it is really a personal challenge and we can tailor it to our specific needs. After all, we are all on different timelines of our WLS journey.

No tracking to report today, I have had a busy last couple of days. Looking forward to a better October with more tracking days than last month.

I have been getting exercise in and while doing so I strained my bum shoulder and needed to let that settle down. I guess I should make an appointment to have it checked out, I keep putting it off. But my legs still work fine, so I have been concentrating on walking and leg exercises AND cleaning out the crap in the house that I don't need and is taking up space. Doing a little fall decorating too, so it looks more cheerful. :)
