    You've admitted that you slipped so your not in denile which is a good thing. Now just don't give up, go back to what you were doing before you slipped. And getting back into a live support group is crucial. You can't do it alone. cheers

    Walking is a great exercise. two suggestions get a pedometer and use it all day you will be surprised at how much distance you do in a day. Second get some wrist weights or small dumb bells to use while walking, good for working the upper arms and body. cheers
