I'm not buying to many new clothes. I know I will lost more. I have been finding some great shirts and blouses at Thrift Shops, that way I can get rid of them and not feel guilty about the money I spend.

I had my surgery on November 6th and I'm down 55 lbs. Yesterday I went through my clothes and filled 3 tall kitchen trash bags!! Giving them to a Women Veteran Homeless Shelter. I'll never need them again!! I'm so glad I had the surgery. I feel wonderful!! :)

Hi Gina, Thanks for letting me know about the support groups. I will still be out of town on Dec 2nd but looking forward to the group on the 21st..wish it was sooner.

I can't believe I am feeling so well. When I got home the Dr. said I could eat creamy things, protein shakes, cream soups, greek yogurt and sugar free pudding and jello. I even put my protein shake power in my instant pudding. I'm getting a little bored with these foods but I will be going on...

I'm 4 days post op and doing well like you the first couple of days were rough but I feel much better today, just a little tired. I'm looking forward to my new eating plan.

I'm really surprised how full I feel drinking the shakes and I'm experimenting with adding fruits and yogurt for variety.
