Can anyone give me some input on this juice smoothie? Good, Bad, or indifferent? It is a protein fruit smoothie with 30g of protein per bottle but the natural sugars are 28g. They say it is from the fruit though. Ingredients do not include any types of sugars.

Since sugar is out of the question what type of sweetner does everyone use?

I am so excited!!!!! December 18th is my tentative surgery date. Paperwork and all is in order and I am ready to go. Dropped 7 lbs in the mean time and excited about reaching goal weight of 135. Congratulations to those others that have gotten their surgery dates. Onward we go yahoo!!!!!
