Hi Melissa I had the sleeve feb 7th of this year and to date i have lost 135lbs! It was the best thing i have ever done! I do zumba twice a wek and walk 2miles a day, and most important LISTEN TO YOUR DOCTOR i know so many people who don't and they are not happy. Do you have your date yet?

Hi Pat, I eat about 800-900 calories a day, I am never hungry which is okay to an extent, yogurt fresh fruit haddock shrimp and carnation instant breakfast sugar free is about what i live on. The dr has me doing 5-6mini 2oz meals since i struggle to eat. Happy to see your doing well also !!

Sleeve hospital stay was same for gastric where i live and i think healing time is slightly quicker i was back to work in two weeks(even though i should have waited three)

Congratulations! when you feel the pain right before dumping try to get out and walk it off it helps i only did that once....You learn fast!!

I never liked exercise, now that i am down over 100lbs i enjoy certain exercise, tommorow i will be riding my bike 10miles for the first time! i have entered a 5k on july 1st an d work out at gym with a trainer one day a week (since weather is nice i like to be outdoors)basically for my bingo...

I sometimes miss the old me but... the new me is much better! I did not think it would work for me but even if i wanted to eat more i could'nt possilbly! most days i have to force myself to eat i am never hungry. You will have renewed energy and so many positive things to look forward to good luck!!

Protein drinks or liquid in general? if liquid in general i was allowed sugar free popsicles, soup broth ,jello, diet decaf iced tea. If protein i did'nt like any i used sugar free carnation instant breakfast. Good Luck
